Care Guide

We strongly advise against machine wash/dry. Instead, we recommend spot cleaning. Do NOT submerge the enclosure in water. When you're finished washing, hang up to air dry. Make sure to lay each item to shape. Dry all metal hardware by hand immediately. Do not hang in direct sunlight.
WARNING: Choking hazard. Supervised use only. Never use a damaged charger or attempt to repair product yourself.

To request a return or exchange, you must do so within 30 days of receiving your order (based on tracking information). The first exchange is free, but a $5 return shipping fee applies to refunds. Return or exchange requests can be submitted online at support@glowhound.com. Only unused items can be returned, so please test them gently at home before using them outside.
