How to measure:
Measure the distance around your waist (using string, shoe lace, etc). After measuring the circumference of your waist, lay the string flat on a surface and measure the string.
*Please note: The optical fibre cable does not run the entire length of the harness, please keep this in mind when making your purchase. Thus, to maximize the light production, find a balance between the belt length, the optical fibre length and your waist dimensions.
